After releasing her comeback single “Remember Me”, Jennifer Hudson makes our Music Monday even better as she releases visuals for the emotional single.
In this video, Hudson is first seen walking around an empty parking garage as she keeps her confidence up despite a recent heartbreak when she later heads out to get her mind off of things but ends up running into that special ex.
“I’m here when you want me, when you want me / There’s no place I’d rather be / You may not know it, may not know it / But it doesn’t end like this, no, it doesn’t end like this,” she sings.
The R&B songstress went on to give details on the process of the creative concept of her music when she explains: “As an artist, when I discover music that I connect with deeply, it brings me a sense of excitement that I can’t put into words. That’s how I feel about ‘Remember Me.’ Everything about it is special – from co-writing it with Jamie [Hartman], to the recording process, to how it made me feel along the way.”
No word on the forthcoming album title or release date, until then check out her latest video “Remember Me”:
